Ariel Helwani is, without a doubt, the best interviewer in mixed martial arts today and Roy “Big Country” Nelson is certainly one of the more colorful people to interview. Nelson faces uber striker Junior Dos Santos but Nelson has been defying the odds from the first time he stepped into the octagon and with a win he would become the next number one contender for the heavyweight title. Imagine the belt wrapped around that waist, with that hair. Rednecks rejoice!
Premier Cage Fighting (PCF) continues to leave a footprint as one of Indiana’s most reputable and promising, mixed martial arts promotions. PCF is continuously gaining recognition, as well as participation, from some of Midwestern M.M.A’s premier fighters and fans. Because of this, PCF has been able to produce electrifying fight cards. Friday, September 3rd will be no exception.
Just a week after Iron Cage Clash hosted the first all-amateur feeder event for Premier Cage Fighting, Total Warrior Challenge 7 is well on its way to having its full card put together. The night will feature a 135 lb title match between 3-0 Casey Dyer & 3-1 Andrew Zook . Both Dyer and Zook fought and won, at Premier Cage Fighting’s Total Warrior Challenge 6. Those fights are available now on Comcast On Demand. Other local fighters set to showcase their talents in the cage include Harley Hiner, Rob Arnett, Matthew Perry, Brad Balmer, Jesse Parsley, Dustin Slayback, Brock Johnson, Jared Tribbit, Jerry Brooks and Kyle McCormack, just to name a few.
This will be a non-smoking event, so bring the whole family to witness some of tomorrow’s stars today
