The UFC's first ever trip to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, was a
success at the gate after selling out in just 30 minutes, and a few
high-profile fighters cashed in on some impressive paydays.

UFC Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell, who lost in UFC 115's main event, earned
$500,000 and former PRIDE champ Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic earned
$150,000 for victory in the evening's co-main event.

MMAjunkie.com requested and today received the
figures from the Vancouver Athletic Commission.

LOS ANGELES - Strikeforce's third trip to the City of Angels was short
and sweet.

Wednesday's six-fight event, "Strikeforce: Los Angeles," which was held rather
unconventionally on the stage of Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre, drew a reported
5,259 paid attendees.

conference while reporting a live gate of $418,061.

ST. LOUIS - After drawing 8,136 spectators for its second-ever St. Louis event, Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker said a third trip to the Gateway City is a real possibility.

"Strikeforce St. Louis: Heavy Artillery," which took place Saturday at the Scottrade Center, followed up a June 2009 "Lawler vs. Shields" show that drew 8,867 in the same venue.

And for the second straight year, fans came early for the preliminary-card fights to support a host of local competitors. Why? As Coker told MMAjunkie.com, it's due to the "Cung Le of St. Louis."

MONTREAL - The UFC's third trip to Montreal's Bell Centre wasn't quite
as lucrative as the promotion's first two events in the building, but
Saturday night's UFC 113 event still drew a reported crowd of 17,647
attendees.

UFC president Dana White released the figure at the evening's post-event
press conference, while also reporting a live gate of $3.27 million.

The UFC's first two events in Montreal, 2009's UFC 97 and 2008's UFC 84,
each drew more than 21,000 ticket holders to the home of the NHL's
Montreal Canadiens.
