Bob Lacey, Jack Stevens, and Bob Gaynor will be lifting in the Raw United Mike Witmer Memorial meet that will be filmed for Xtreme Power Television and Fox Sports Net this coming weekend. They started training together in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in the early 60's. All three have over 45 years of experience. Below is some training footage of Gaynor in preparation for this weekend.

This past weekend at the CPF Raw Nationals in Toronto, Jay Nera (a light 242 weighing only 222) squatted 678 pounds, bench pressed 452 pounds, and deadlifted 689 pounds to total 1,819 pounds. He won the meet's best lifter award. Here is video of his competition:

Below are the results from the 100% RAW Powerlifting Federation's Serbian International Open Bench Press Championships (Held May 23rd) in Backa Palanka, Serbia. The event drew 40 lifters from 5 countries.

The entry deadline for the R.A.W. United 2010 Mike Witmer Memorial Open has been extended to Saturday, May 29th. The contest will be filmed by FOX Sports to air on Jay Adams' Xtreme Power Television. It will also be live-streamed right here on Powerlifting Watch. The roster will feature 2009 Raw Unity Meet middleweight Champion Ryan Celli (198), Master's Champions Bob Benedix (181) and James Jacobs (242), Eric Talmant (165), and a 2010 RAW Unity Meet rematch between Beau Moore (SHW) and Mike Tuchscherer (275). On Saturday, at the APA Northwest All Raw Regionals in Sacramento, California, Sara Clinkenboard (shw) posted a 940 pound total that ranks her fourth on the Powerlifting Watch Lifter Rankings.

Clinkenboard, who competed at 235 pounds bodyweight, squatted 330 pounds, bench pressed 200 and deadlifted 410 pounds. Her squat and deadlift both rank her top five.
