“I just had a pretty slow start. I never make excuses for my fights, but coming out before this fight I had the worst migraine in the world. It took me two rounds to get through that, everything he was touching me with hurt. I was in a bad situation, so I gritted it out and in the third round my head kind of cleared up and things worked out well in that round, but I guess not well enough to win the fight.”

UFC middleweight up-and-comer Gerald Harris recently
found himself featured on ESPN following a spectacular slam finish of
promotional newcomer Dave Branch at UFC 116.
While "The Hurricane" was blown away by the exposure, he's currently
focused on seeing himself on TV in a different way.
Speaking to MMAjunkie.com on Wednesday night, Harris
said he was launching a mass campaign to get himself into THQ's "UFC
Undisputed 2010" video game.
Number one contender Cain Velasquez was on ESPN MMA Live on July 9th, and he speaks about his upcoming opponent, UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar. Velasquez is still undefeated, and many MMA insiders expect him to be the next heavyweight titleholder, though Lesnar may have something to say about that. The two are scheduled to fight on October 23 as the main event bout for UFC 121, though not much else is known about the event. We’ll update the card as the information comes out.
