Below is training footage of John Bogart (275) as he prepares for the USAPL Pennsylvania State BP/DL Championships on May 15 in Brogue, Pennsylvania.
In training leading up to the meet, Bogart handles 785 pounds full range and 805 off of various boards. To put this into perspective, the IPF single lift bench press record is Daisuke Midote's 793 pounds. The USAPL American single lift record is Jeff Lewis' 777.
